I watched as my colleagues, my friends and I exhausted ourselves week after week and realised that we should not be spending the week praying for the weekend and using our holidays to escape the weekly grind.
We can only deliver our best work when we are the best versions of ourselves.
After so many years of feeling like life is happening to me instead of for me I created Gratitude Cafe Life as an opportunity to take control and create the life I wanted to see. This guide is to help you do the same.
